摘要:针对飞机适航规章无法用于指导压燃式航空活塞发动机安装的适航审定问题,对相关适航规章及行业标准进行分析与探讨,采用有限元方法分析振动对飞机结构与系统安装强度的影响,对正常与故障模式下压燃式航空活塞发动机的起停循环振动影响进行地面与飞行测试。结果表明:安装压燃式航空活塞发动机不会对小型通用飞机的安全造成不利影响。

Abstract:The current airworthiness regulations,which cannot be used to guide the airworthiness certification for the installation of compressionignition aviation piston engine,are analyzed and discussed. The finite element method is used to analyze the vibration of the aircraft structure, as well as the impact of the installation strength of the system.The ground and flight tests are carried out on the effects of the startstop cycle vibration of the compressionignition aviation piston engine under normal and failure modes. The results show that the installation of compressionignition aviation piston engines will not cause adverse safety effects on small general aircraft.
