摘要:为解决电控机械式自动变速箱(automatic mechanical transmission,AMT)量产过程中面临的坡道起步控制难题,对坡道起步过程及坡道起步过程评价指标进行分析,提出将离合器接合速度与发动机转速下降率、变速箱输入轴转速上升率进行双闭环控制的坡道起步控制策略,防止起步过快造成的发动机熄火。在不同坡度上多次进行试验验证,结果表明:在没有坡道起步辅助系统功能时,本文中所提出的控制策略能够很好地满足AMT重卡在不同坡道上的起步要求。

Abstract:AMT has become an important direction for heavy duty trucks, however the ramp start control is problem of starting control. In order to prevent the engine stop during the ramp start, a closed-loop control strategy is developed, in which the decline rate of the engine speed and the rise rate of transmission input shaft speed are chosen for clutch control, based on the force analysis and evaluation index of ramp start process of vehicle. The experiment results show that the proposed control strategy is feasible without the ramp start assistance system.
