摘要:基于MC9S08DZ60单片机、K型热电偶和MAX31855冷端补偿热电偶至数字输出转换器设计分布式热电偶温度采集系统,实现多路热电偶温度的数据采集及处理。采集系统的分辨率为0.5 ℃,可进行热电偶的开路及短接等故障检测,具有较高的检测速度和精度。测试试验结果表明,设计的热电偶温度采集系统能够实现温度的实时检测,具有良好的稳定性,可满足实际应用的要求。

Abstract:A distributed thermocouple temperature acquisition system based on MC9S08DZ60 micro controller, K thermocouple and MAX31855 coldend compensation thermocouple to digital output converter is designed, by which the temperature data acquisition and processing of multichannel thermocouple could by achieved. The resolution of the acquisition system can reach 05 ℃ and the fault detection of open circuit and short circuit of thermocouple can be realized, with high detection speed and accuracy. The test results show that realtime temperature detection could be carried out by this thermocouple temperature acquisition system stably.
