摘要:为研究可变截面涡轮增压器控制方式对执行器可靠性和控制精度最高性价比的影响,研制一种新型电液执行器,实现执行器与控制阀的一体化设计。该执行器结构简单,控制方便,成本低。台架试验结果表明:该电液执行器的响应时间比步进电机慢约12 ms,响应性略低于步进电机;控制精度与步进电机相同,成本、可靠性优于步进电机。

Abstract:In order to study the influence of variable nozzle turbocharger (VNT) control method on cost, reliability and control precision, a new type of electrohydraulic actuator, which realizes the integrated design of the actuator and the control valve, is assembled and tested. The actuator is simple in structure, convenient in control and low in cost. The bench test shows that the responsiveness of the electrohydraulic actuator is 12 seconds lower than that of the stepping motor, while the control precision is the same, and the cost and reliability are much better than stepping motor.
