摘要:针对发动机在实车使用过程中负荷特性难以测试的问题,提出基于径向基(radial basis function,RBF)函数神经网络的非稳态工况下发动机负荷特性测试方法,利用发动机实时转速、曲轴角加速度以及输出轴扭矩精确计算实时油耗,误差控制在较低范围内,从而为发动机技术状况的评估提供一种新的思路。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to test the engine load characteristics in the process of realtime operation, a test method of engine load characteristics under unsteady condition based on RBF is presented in this paper. It realizes the accurate calculation of realtime fuel consumption by using engine realtime speed, crankshaft angular acceleration and output shaft torque, and the error control is relatively low. A new idea is provided for the evaluation of engine technical condition.
