摘要:本文针对压气机叶轮的叶片厚度和叶片数进行数值模拟计算,在分析其内部流场的基础上,探究其对压气机效率的影响。研究结果表明:随着叶片厚度的增加,压气机效率有所降低,但衰减幅度逐渐减小;在恒定转速下,随着流量的增加,叶片厚度减小引起的效率改善量逐渐增加;在恒定流量下,随着转速的升高,叶片厚度减小引起的效率改善量逐渐降低;叶片数增加可以改善流动,但效率变化需要考虑摩擦损失;厚度较大的叶片的效率对于叶片数变化更加敏感。

Abstract: The influence of blade thickness and quantity on the efficiency of centrifugal
compressor under different working conditions, has been examined through
simulation based on analysis of internal flow field. The results show that the
efficiency of the compressor decreases as of blade thickness increase, while attenuation
decreases gradually. At constant speed, as flow rate increases, the efficiency
improvement from blade thickness decrease will increases gradually. At constant flow rate, as rotation speed
increase, the efficiency improvement from blade thickness decrease will decrease.
Increase blade quantity can improve internal flowing, yet efficiency changes
need to include friction loss increase. The efficiency of thicker blades is
more sensitive to the changes in blade quantity.
