摘要:为有效降低混合动力动力整车控制器开发的周期以及成本,利用PXI实时控制器、快速原型以及嵌入式PC等硬件和MATLAB/Simulink及Veristand等软件搭建了包含快速原型系统和硬件在环系统的实时仿真平台。以一款双行星排功率分流式混合动力系统为研究对象,进行了实时仿真测试。仿真结果表明,开发的混合动力整车控制器实时仿真开发平台能够比较有效地对控制策略进行前期验证。

Abstract: In order to
effectively shorten developing period and cost of Hybrid Control Unit (HCU), we
present a real-time simulation development platform which was built by a PCI
extensions for Instrumentation(PXI) real-time controller, a rapid control prototyping(RCP)
and embedded hardware as well as MATLAB/Simulink and Veristand software, the
platform consists of a RCP system and a hardware-in-the-loop(HIL) system. And
with a dual planetary gear power split hybrid power system as the object of the
research, a real-time simulation tests are thus taken. The results show that
the real-time simulation development platform can effectively validate the
HEV’s control strategies.
