摘要:为了提升曲轴的加工效率,避免多次装夹引起的误差累计,针对各种偏心类曲轴连杆颈外圆及连杆颈开档面的加工提出解决方案,并对适合车铣复合中心使用的宏程序编制思路进行深入的研究与说明。伴随车铣复合加工中心的不断应用,其一次装夹、完全加工的加工理念尤其适用于曲轴加工,可整体提升曲轴的加工质量。

Abstract: In order to improve the crankshaft machining efficiency, avoiding
the accumulated error caused by multiple clamping, this article mainly deals
with the solution of machining the outer circumference of the eccentric
crankshaft connecting rod neck and the crankshaft connecting rod neck opening
surface, and further studied and explained the macro programming method
suitable for the turning and milling compound center. Along with the continuous
application of turning and milling compound center, the idea of single clamping
and complete processing is especially suitable for crankshaft manufacturing, it
can improves the overall quality of the crankshaft.
