摘要:为解决增压直喷发动机功率高密度、高排温带来的气门室罩盖烧结融化的问题,采用仿真分析排气系统对气门室罩盖的温度影响,设计多种方案解决气门室罩盖烧结问题,最终通过实验验证并解决问题。结果表明,采用仿真手段对温度场进行风险规避可以提前规避问题,节省时间,快速解决问题。

Abstract: In order to solve the sintering and
scorification of the engine valve cover in the high-density and high discharge
temperate TGDI engine, the effect of exhaust system on the engine cover
temperature was analyzed through simulation, and a variety of schemes are
designed to solve the problem of engine cover, Finally the problem was
validated through test and solved. The result show that, Using the Hypermesh
and CCM+ software can avoid sintering in advance , thus save time and solve
problems quickly.
