摘要:为了研究尿素对碳平衡的影响,在WP7发动机上进行常规ESC和ETC排放试验。试验结果分析表明,喷尿素ESC测试循环对碳平衡造成0.49%的偏差,喷尿素ETC测试循环对碳平衡造成0.42%的偏差。并且,尿素量越多影响越大。提出一种方法,对计算油耗量进行适当修正可提高判定发动机测试系统的准确性。

Abstract:ESC and ETC toutine tests on a WP7 engine were conducted
in order to study the impact of urea on carbon balance. The results showed
that, urea injection ESC test cycle caused 0.49% deviation of carbon balance,
the injection of urea ETC cycle test caused 0.42% deviation of carbon balance.
More urea resulted in greater impact. A method was proposed to provide
appropriate amendments to calculate fuel consumption which can increase the
accuracy of engine systems test.
