摘要:以某发动机排气管为研究对象,建立排气管的有限元模型,并将其离散成具有多自由度的系统,利用 ABAQUS软件对其进行约束模态分析,得到其振动频率和固有振型;建立排气管固体、管内烟气流场与外部空气流场的对流换热模型,通过Fluent软件模拟排气管的内外流场情况,分析三元催化转化器总成内部流场分布情况;并将计算结果映射到ABAQUS中进行流固耦合计算,得到排气管的温度场及热应力分布情况。计算所得结果对排气管的数值模拟计算和生产设计有着重要的参考意义。

Abstract:In this paper, a certain type of exhaust pipe was taken
as the research object. First, the finite element model of the exhaust pipe was
established, and the model was divided into a multi-degree-freedom system.
ABAQUS software was used to carry out a modal analysis, and the vibration
frequency as well as natural vibration model of the finite element model were
obtained. Then the model of the gas exhaust pipe, internal exhaust air and
external cold air was established. The inner and outer flow fields of the
exhaust pipe was simulated by the Fluent software, and the distribution of
inner flow field on the three way catalytic converter was analyzed. Then the
calculation results were mapped to the ABAQUS software to carry out the
fluid-solid coupling analysis and the temperature and stress distribution of gas
exhaust pipe are obtained. The calculation result has a value on simulation
calculation and production design of the exhaust pipe.
