摘要:为了解决传统的柴油机SCR系统试验台架无法控制催化反应温度和对不同排量发动机检测适应性差造成检测结果误差较大等问题,本研究在传统试验台架的基础上,设计一种能够控制催化反应温度的柴油机SCR台架试验装置,提高台架试验装置的适应性及测量的准确性,为检测和提高SCR系统性能研究提供可靠的试验条件。

Abstract:In
order to solve the problems that the traditional diesel engine SCR test bench
can not control the catalytic reaction temperature and the test results are not
accurate for different capacity engine test adaptability,this study based on
the conventional test bench, an SCR test bench for diesel engine that is
capable of controlling the catalytic reaction temperature was designed. The
bench adaptability and the accuracyaccuracy of measurement can be improved to
provide reliable test conditions for SCR system measurement and improvement.
