摘要:某校车在加速工况下驾驶室内出现异响,严重影响整车舒适性。通过主观评价、频谱特征分析、声学互动滤波法的应用,实现对异响频率成分的确认。再通过综合运用铅包裹法、近场测量法等噪声源识别方法,确定该异响源为整车排气弹性连接管,通过优化弹性连接管结构解决了异响故障,最终达到有效改善车内声品质,提高整车NVH性能的目的,对其它异响故障排查及排气管路设计有较大参考价值。

Abstract:An abnormal noise in front of a school bus appeared when
it accelerated rapidly, which negatively affected the comfort of passengers.
Methods, such as subjective evaluation, spectrum analysis and acoustic
interactive evaluation, were utilized to analysis the components of the
abnormal noise frequency. Noise sources identification methods, such as lead
wrap, near field measurement and so on were used to identify the abnormal noise
sources. It was identified that the noise was generated by the flexible pipe of
the vehicle. By optimizing the structure of the flexible pipe, the problem of
the abnormal noise was solved, the interior sound quality and the NVH
performance of the vehicle were improved.
