摘要:通过建立分置式斯特林发动机的热动力学试验系统,进行试验样机的动态试验,研究系统气体压力波与速度波之间协同性对整机性能的影响,分析热腔气体温度对分置式斯特林发动机动力学参数的影响,探索其热力学参数与动力学参数的耦合规律。基于焓流理论,通过调整机械弹簧刚度系数实现循环工质压力波与速度波之间相位差的调节,探讨压力与速度向量相位差对输出功率的影响对分置式斯特林发动机动力学性能进行优化。

Abstract:In this paper,the thermal dynamic experiment of a split stirling engine is carried out to analyze the influence of heat cavity gas temperature on the damping of the expansion piston motion,and the coupling laws between the thermodynamic parameters and the dynamic parameters is explored.Based on the theory of enthalpy flow,by adjusting the stiffness coefficient of mechanical spring,the phase difference between the pressure wave and the velocity wave of the circulating working fluid can be adjusted. The influence of the phase difference between pressure and velocity vector on the output power is discussed, and the dynamic performance of the split stirling engine is optimized.
