摘要:通过几种不同结构的换热管,利用FLUENT软件的SIMPLE算法及k-ɛ模型对换热管的换热特性进行了耦合换热仿真。主要分析了进口温度为385K(112℃)时换热管内空气温度及压差的变化,仿真结果表明,换热管的综合换热能力与换热管的横截面积以及内通道突起有关,并给出了定性的分析结论,为设计综合性能更好的换热管提供了理论依据。

Abstract: By using the SIMPLE algorithm and the k-ɛ model of the FLUENT software, the heat transfer characteristics of several heat exchange tubes with different structures are studied through coupled heat transfer simulation. This paper mainly analyses the change of the pressure and air temperature while the temperature of the air inlet is 378 K in the heat exchange tube. The simulation results show that the overall heat transfer capacity of the heat exchange tube is related to the cross-sectional area and the protuberant within the heat exchange tube, providing the basis for the design of heat exchange tube with better overall performance.
