摘要:涡轮增压器广泛应用于工程机械和大排量汽车,是影响其使用性能的关键部件,然而涡轮增压器蜗壳又是关键零部件之一,某款涡轮增压发动机开发过程中出现的涡轮增压器蜗壳开裂问题,通过质量检测、CAE分析、推理演绎等方法找出增压器蜗壳开裂的原因,并给出整改措施,最后通过试验进行验证。为以后出现类似的问题提供了解决思路。

Abstract: Turbocharger is widely used in engineering machinery and large displacement vehicles, and it is a key component that affects vehicles’ performance. An important part of turbocharger is turbine housing. In this paper we investigated the reasons why turbine housing of a TC engine cracked in the durability test. We identified the causes by quality inspection, CAE calculation, deducting and reasoning. Then we optimized the turbine housing′s structures aimed at the causes and proved the effectiveness of the improvement by durability testing. This study provides some guidance on solving similar problems for design engineers.
