摘要：曲轴的制造和修磨后必须进行平衡校验,如不平衡量超标,可在曲轴的平衡重或曲臂上用钻孔或铣面方法,去除适量的金属.设计制造了一种简易的曲轴静平衡仪,用于曲轴静平衡仪的校验.这种曲轴静平衡仪的导轨式静平衡架首次采用了水平导轨的设计制作方法,为国内首家使用。本文介绍了曲轴静平衡仪的设计、校验方法和应用，并着重对曲轴静平衡仪的灵敏度、测量精度进行了初步的分析和探讨。

Abstract: Balance test of the crankshaft must be done after its manufacturing or grinding.If the amount of unbalance exceeds the standard value,drilling or milling on the balance weight or crank arm of the crankshaft would be used to remove the right amount of metal.To do this balance check,a simple crankshaft static balance frame of this apparatus in china.The design,calibration and application method of the crankshaft static balancing apparatus are introduced in this paper.And the sensitivity and measuring accuracy of the apparatus are Emphatically analyzed and discussed.
