摘要:欧Ⅵ排放法规中最重要的循环是WHTC,本研究简单阐述了WHTC的试验方法和流程,在台架数据的基础上对冷热态循环进行数据分析,通过控制不同温度区域内的氨氮比进一步降低排放和氨泄漏,总结了氨氮比和氨储的控制方法,为WHTC循环各点的前馈控制提供理论依据

Abstract:The key to fulfill Euro6 emissions legislation is the WHTC emission. The paper illustrates the test method and procedure of WHTC, and analyzes the engine test data over cold and hot WHTC. Through calibrating the NOX ratio under different temperature zone, the emission and NH3 slip are controlled to satisfy the emissions standard. Finally, the feed-forward control of WHTC cycle is concluded from the NOX ratio and ammonia control strategy.
