摘要:机油滤清器壳体作为柴油机辅助系统部件集成于柴油机上,通常滤清器壳体多为圆形截面,圆形截面受力相对简单且均匀,是应用最为广泛的一种,但在某些实际工程中,由于安装空间和结构上受到一定的限制,圆形截面并不适用,这时就需要采用非圆形截面壳体,非圆型截面壳体有着结构紧凑易于布置等特点,但作为内部压力容器其抗压能力远不如圆形截面容器,所以选用非圆形截面时就要对结构和壁厚进行合理选择,在壁厚一定的情况下需要进行结构加强处理,本文主要针对某中速柴油机长圆形截面滤清器壳体进行结构加强和对比计算分析,从而以提出合理的建议,为长圆形截面滤清器壳体设计提供计算参考。

Abstract: Oil filter shell as the diesel engine auxiliary system components is integrated on a diesel engine.Usually the cross section of the filter shell is circular, as the stress of circular cross section is relatively simple and therefore it is widely used . But in some practical special casesprojects, because of the limitation in installation space and the structure, non -circular shell is needed. Non-circular section shell has the characteristics of compact structure, easy arrangement, but as an internal pressure vessel, the pressure capacity is worse than the containers with circular sections. Therefore the selectiona careful selection of structure and wall thickness is needed when a non-circular section is used. Structural strengthening might be necessary at certain wall thicknesses.In this paper,a structural strengthening and comparative calculation was carried out for a media speed diesel non-circular filter shell.The results can be used as suggestions and references for non-circular filter shell.The results can be used as suggestions and references for non-circular filter shell design.
