摘要:为了研究缸套变形情况,以某型号柴油机为例,由一维热力学仿真计算和冷却系统流动特性计算提供热边界条件,采用有限元分析方法,对缸盖机体一体化模型进行热负荷、机械负荷及冷却流场流动与传热的耦合计算。根据计算结果利用Python程序提取缸套综合变形情况,对结果进行傅里叶变换,去除一阶偏心变形,分析缸套径向变形和轴向变形趋势,为发动机缸套前期设计提供参考。

Abstract:In order to study the deformation condition of the cylinder liner,a one-dimensional thermodynamic simulation calculation and cooling system flow characteristics were used tu provide the thermal boundary conditions.Using finite element analysis method,the coupling calculation of head load,mechanical load and cooling flow condition in cylinder head is carried out.According to the calculated results,we use the Python program to get the deformation condition.We take the Fourier transform of the result.Then we analyze the cylinder liner radial deformation and axial deformation trend.The job is to provide the reference for the early stage of the engine cylinder liner design.
