摘要:随着社会的不断进步,农用无人植保机越来越受到重视。针对无人植保机用发动机长时间工作会出现机体温度过高的现象,开发了水冷系统。该系统在保持原机的基础上,通过在机体上增加冷却水套、散热器、冷却风扇、膨胀水箱、水泵等部件实现了水冷却,对水冷却系统主要参数进行了计算,获得了冷却系统散热量、循环水量和散热器所需散热面积等数据,开发了相应的温度控制系统,通过火花塞处的热电偶传感器实时监测机体温度,电子开关控制冷却风扇,将机体温度控制在合理范围内。该系统的开发对于无人植保机的开发有着一定的指导意义。

Abstract: With the continuous development of society, the pilotless aircraft engine for plant protection has been paid more and more attention. In order to overcome the immoderate body temperature of the pilotless aircraft engine due to the long time work, one water cooling system was developed. The system includes the cooling water jacket, radiators, cooling fans, expansion tanks, pumps and other components based on the original engine. Then the parameters including the radiator heat, cycling water and radiator area were calculated based on the basic equations. At the same time the corresponding temperature control system for the realization of the body temperature control within a reasonable range was also developed using the thermocouple and electric controller. So this system can be helpful to the development of the pilotless aircraft for plant protection.
