摘要:本文采用数值仿真软件建立船用8340型中速柴油机燃烧室有限元模型,并对其进行了验证。在该模型基础上,针对进气正时对充量系数、缸内温度、压力及NOx排放的影响进行计算研究并初步研究米勒循环对NOx排放影响。结果表明:进气正时提前,缸内充量系数增大,最大爆发压力升高,可提高发动机动力性能,但NOx排放也会随之增加;米勒循环的使用能有效降低柴油机NOx排放。

Abstract: A simulation model of a marine medium speed diesel engine 8340 was established by professional combustion calculation software. The effects of intake valve timing on charging efficiency, temperature, pressure and NOx emissions were investigated by numerical simulation. The result demonstrated that advancing intake timing will lead to the increasing of charging efficiency, combustion pressure, as well as NOx emissions. The application of Miller-cycle can reduce NOx emissions efficiently.
