摘要:针对连续可变气门升程机构(CVVL)进行动力学仿真,分析了零件接触力、气门升程、气门落座速度和液压挺柱受力等。将仿真气门升程与测试气门升程进行对比,差值在±0.03mm以内,说明仿真模型较接近实际情况。CVVL机构通过了600小时6000rpm可靠性试验,零部件无异常磨损,气门无飞脱、反跳等现象。

Abstract: This paper presents the kinetic simulation and test results of a continuously variable valve lift (CVVL) mechanism. The kinetic simulation of the CVVL analyzes the contact force between each part, valve lift, valve seating velocity, hydraulic lift adjuster force, etc. The difference between simulated and measured maximum valve lift is within 0.03 millimeter, which shows the accuracy of the model. The CVVL mechanism passed 600-hour endurance test at 6000rpm. Valves were seated without breaking or bouncing, and no excessive wear occurred to any parts during the test.
