摘要:本文以某增压车型产品开发为出发点,进行车辆热管理方法的研究,首先进行三维CFD分析获得前端模块进风量数据和水套流阻特性,然后以发动机台架热平衡试验数据及三维分析结果为边界,搭建整车冷却系统换热分析模型,进行冷却系统热耦合计算,确定系统温度分布情况,最后通过热环境风洞试验验证分析精度,确定热管理方法在产品开发中的意义。

Abstract:Research on vehicle thermal management is carried out during product development of a car with turbocharged engine. First, the air flow rate of radiator and pressure loss of water jacket is obtained from 3D CFD analysis. Then vehicle cooling system heat exchange analysis model is set up based on engine test bench heat balance data and 3D CFD simulation results. Using this model, cooling system thermal coupling calculation is carried out to obtain temperature distribution of the system. At last, the accuracy of the simulation is verified using CWT test, which confirms the significance of thermal management in product development.
