摘要:为了改善天然气发动机的燃烧过程和性能,在不对整个燃烧系统进行大的更改的前提下,开发了一种单独进气预燃室。该预燃室内在较高浓度混合气状态下,着火时产生的能量使主燃烧室内的燃料与空气迅速进行混合并快速充分地燃烧。试验结果表明,所设计的单独进气预燃室可加快燃烧速度,缩短燃烧周期,改善发动机性能,降低排放污染,具有推广应用价值。

This paper reports a study on a new independent intake pre-chamber on the basis of small changes in the whole combustion system in order to improve the natural gas engine combustion process and performance. The precombustion indoor in the condition of relatively high concentrations of mixture, ignition energy makeed the main combustion chamber fuel mixed with air quickly and fully burning fast. The experiments showed that the independent intake pre-chamber could speed up the combustion rate, shorten the combustion period, improve the engine performance and reduce the exhaust emissions. The new engine has popularization and application value.
