摘要:自由活塞式发电机具有结构紧凑、高效率以及燃料适应性广等优点,是一种热门的混合动力装置。在MATLAB/Simulink建立了自由活塞式机电耦合系统的模型,初次引入了发动机的扫气过程,设计了一种直线电机在电动机模式下的装置启动控制策略,并阐述了建模的数学理论依据以及模型各子模块的耦合逻辑。同时,对拟开发设计的实验装置的关键参数进行了仿真优化,为之后设计实验台架提供参考。仿真研究结果表明:适当增加动子质量以及在更靠近缸盖的位置点火均能增大装置的输出功率。

Abstract Free Piston Linear Generator that is thin and compact and has high efficiency and high flexibility.The model of electromechanical coupling system was built in MATLAB/Simulink and the gas exchange process was introduced in the model for the first time.Meanwhile,a control strategy for starting process was also designed and an explanation of mathematical theory of modeling and the coupling logic among sub-modules was clearly provided.The key parameters of the proposed experimental device were optimized to provide significant references for the design of experimental tables.The simulation results show that appropriately increasing mass of mover and ignition position can enlarge the output power of the device.
