摘要:本文引入双目立体光学测量方法对排气歧管进行高温热应变测量,针对发动机台架搭建并标定三维数字图像相关变形测量系统,利用该系统监测排气歧管在发动机升温-停机-降温过程中的局部区域变形信息,结合数字图像处理算法计算出各测量点在不同温度下的高温热应变。

Abstract: In this paper, the binocular stereo optical measurement method was used to do the high temperature thermal strain test for the exhaust manifold. The three-dimensional digital image deformation measurement system was set up based on the engine test bench. The local deformation in the exhaust manifold while the engine runs at a rising temperature, stops and is cooling down is monitored via this system. The digital image processing algorithm was invoked to calculate high temperature thermal stain in the measurement points at different temperatures.
