摘要:为减少发动机冷却系统总功耗,从冷却液温度的角度,对系统最小总功耗进行理论分析。应用商用仿真软件GT-Cool建立发动机冷却系统一维仿真模型。通过调整节温器位置布置和电子风扇、电子水泵的控制策略,根据GT-Cool软件仿真计算结果,获得使系统总功耗最低的冷却系统优化方案。结果表明,节温器布置在发动机入水口,目标发动机入水口温度为95℃、发动机进出水口温差为7℃时,系统总耗功最低,为378.76kJ。

Abstract: To reduce the total power consumption of the engine cooling system, the minimum total power consumption of the engine cooling system was theoretically analyzed. With simulation software GT-Cool, the one-dimensional simulation model of the cooling system was established for a diesel engine. Adjustmentof the thermostat mounting position as well as the control strategyof the E-fan and the E-Pump brings an optimized plan in which the cooling system consumes lowest power according to calculation results from GT-Cool software. The result showed that total power consumption could reach the lowest value to 378.76kJwhen the thermostat was mounted near the water inlet of the engine, and the targetcoolant temperature at the inlet was 95℃and the target coolant temperature difference between the water inlet and outlet was 7℃.
