摘要:采用AVL BOOST发动机模拟分析软件建立16V190燃气发动机仿真计算模型,在额定转速、全负荷工况下,分别对不同的配气相位角度进行仿真分析计算,对比排气歧管温度、燃气消耗率、爆发压力及功率等参数,为确定合理的配气相位及改善发动机性能提供依据。

Abstract:The simulation model of a 16V190 gas engine is built based on simulation software AVL BOOST. Under a full-load condition at rated speed, simulation analysis and calculation are done respectively for different valve timing angles, comparing these parameters of manifold temperature,gas consumption rate, peak fire pressure, power and others. This researchprovided the basis for determining a reasonable distribution of valve timing and improving engine performance.
