摘要:本文针对往复式内燃机活塞顶面出现的积碳,通过扫描电镜检测其化学成分并分析了其形成机理,发现燃料燃烧不良形成的碳烟颗粒和部分润滑机油进入燃烧室燃烧产生的灰分是形成积碳的要因,借助有限元分析方法探讨了积碳对活塞及发动机的影响,提出了预防措施,尽量减少或延缓活塞顶面积碳的形成,保证内燃机性能的持久性。

Abstract:In view of carbon deposit on the piston crown of the internal combustion engines , the paper detects the chemical compositions with a scanning electronic microscopy and analyzes the formation mechanism of carbon deposit on the piston, and explores that carbon deposit is created because fuel is not combusted improperly or oil runs into the combustion chamber. FEA is used to analyze the effect of carbon deposit on pistons and engines. Preventive measures are proposed , reducing and delaying the carbon deposit to warrant the durability of engines.
