摘要:本文通过采用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench对某12缸V型发动机曲轴进行结构强度分析,得出该曲轴曲柄销过渡圆角和曲柄臂结构更改前后的应力分布、变形情况,并进行静载安全系数和疲劳安全系数校核比较,确定改进后曲轴可靠性得以提高。

Abstract: This paper carried out the structural strength analysis
of a 12 cylinder V-type engine crankshaft by using the finite element analysis
software ANSYS Workbench, obtaining the information on stress distribution and
deformation before and after the structure of the crank pin fillet of the
crankshaft and the crank arm are changed, and comparing the static safety
factor and the fatigue safety. This modification improves the reliability of
the crankshaft.
