摘要:本文对某国产矾基催化剂进行了台架耐久试验,并分别在耐久试验前后进行整机排放试验及不同氨氮比不同温度下的效率试验。对比耐久前后的结果看,催化剂耐久后出现劣化,尤其在高温(高于450℃)、低温(低于300℃)下劣化明显,NOX转化效率下降、氨泄漏增多,但整机排放试验满足排放要求。

Abstract:A domestic vanadium-based catalyst was studied through bench durability test. Engine emission test and the efficiency test under different ratios of ammonia/nitrogen and different temperatures have been donebefore and after durability test. Results demonstrated that after durability test the catalyst deteriorated especially at high and low temperatures,NOx conversion efficiency dropped,andNH3 leakageincreased, but overall emission test met emissionrequirements.
