摘要:发动机扭矩“2Nm”控制概念是借鉴汽车业的白车身“2mm”质量控制工程理念,具体应用到发动机质量控制上的一种思路,这里的“2Nm”并不是单纯的指扭矩控制散差6σ在2Nm,“2Nm”包含两种含义,一种含义是指生产制造及检测过程中,通过一系列质量控制手段,使得单位排量的发动机扭矩散差在“2Nm”范围内,另一种含义是,通过相关的设计及试验验证,找到影响发动机扭矩的关键参数,并不断地进行改进,使得发动机扭矩质量检测平均值相对设计指标提升“2Nm”,第一种含义主要针对的是产品质量一致性,第二种含义则主要针对发动机的性能提升。

Abstract: Engine torque "2Nm" control concept is to draw on the automotive industry's white body "2mm" quality control engineering concept , "2Nm" here is not only refers to the torque control difference of 6 Sigma in 2Nm, which contains two meanings, one meaning refers to the manufacturing and testing process, through a series of quality control measures, so that the unit displacement of the engine torque spread in the "2Nm" range, another meaning is through the design and test verification, find the key parameters affecting the engine torque, and constantly improved, engine torque quality detection of relative design index promoted "2Nm" on average, The first meaning is mainly aimed at the consistency of product quality, the second meaning is mainly aimed at improving the performance of the engine.
