摘要:本文设计了一种SCR催化消声器催化性能评价方法,方法中增加原机NOX值和尿素量对排放结果的修正,并通过试验对该评价方法进行研究。结果表明,原机NOX值差异较大时,目前常用的评定方法对同一个SCR催化消声器两次评定结果迥异;新方法两次评定结果相同。并且产品和样件SCR催化消声器性能分别仅相差0.71%和1.5%,一致性较好。

Abstract: We designed a method that is used to evaluate the emission performance of the SCR catalytic muffler. In this method, the NOX value of the original engine and the urea content are added to correct the emission result. This method has been researched by tests. The results show that when the SCR catalytic is assessed by the normal assessment method, the results from the two assessments are different if the NOx values of the original engine are greatly different, but the results from the two assessments are same when they are assessed with the new method. In contrast to test results, the product and the sample have respectively 0.71% and 1.5% performance deviation, keeping a good consistency.
