摘要;为验证拖拉机底盘的制造及装配质量,制造装配完毕后,需在加载磨合试验台上进行一段时间的模拟加载磨合。我们在新设计的底盘加载磨合试验台中,采用了具有电能回馈功能的矢量变频器,用于对底盘的驱动和加载,驱动转速及加载负荷可精确给定,加载端变频器具有电能回馈功能,构成能量闭环系统,因加载而产生的电能可直接返回给驱动变频器使用,节省能源。利用工业以太网组建了控制网络,既实现了控制系统通讯的实时性和可靠性,又保证了控制系统与上位机或其他办公网络中计算机通讯的开放性。

Abstract: In order to verify the manufacturing and assembly quality of the tractor chassis, a running-in with load is needed for a period of time on the loading test bench after the manufacturing assembly is completed. We used the vector inverter with energy feedback function to drive and load the chassis on the new loading and driving test bench. The driving speed and load can be given precisely. The converter at the end of the loading has the power feedback function, creating a closed loop, so the electric energy produced from loading can directly return to drive the converter, leading to energy saving. The control network is built via industrial Ethernet to achieve the real-time function and the reliability of the control system, ensuring the communication between the control system and the upper computer or other office computers open.
