摘要:焦炉煤气作为内燃机最早的燃料气,国内外一直进行试验研究,而由于焦炉煤气中氢气含量普遍在50%至60%之间,加之氢气具有燃烧速度快、着火界限宽等特性,使得该类高含氢量的燃气在用于内燃发电时极易出现发动机回火等问题。目前,国内外内燃机行业普遍采用的方法是在燃气机各缸进气歧管上加装电磁阀以实现多点喷射或者缸内直喷。虽然该方案可有效控制燃气进气量与进气时刻,并通过空气扫气,有效降低机组排温与废弃系数,但是多点喷射方案是燃气与空气在气缸盖进气道内混合,仍未实现真正意义上的内混,仍存在发动机回火等安全隐患;而缸内直喷方案需对燃气进行增压,两种方案受电磁阀使用寿命影响较为严重,并且焦炉煤气中通常含有焦油、粉尘等杂志,造成电磁阀堵塞失效,发动机无法连续稳定运行,所以该方案并不适合现阶段国内的使用需求。针对上述问题,我公司通过采用低压缸内混合燃烧,分路进气的方法克服了带来的一系列问题,而研发成功了焦炉煤气发电机组,实现焦炉煤气的安全、高效与综合利用。本文着重介绍焦炉煤气发电机组的开发方案、关键技术、性能试验及其工程应用情况等。

Abstract: Coke oven gas as the earliest fuel gas in internal combustion engine, experimental study has been at home and abroad.Due to the hydrogen content in coke oven gas is generally between 50% to 60%,in addition ,the hydrogen has the characteristics of the fast burning speed and wide firing range, which making the backfire problems can easily arise when the gas is used for generator set. At present, the widely used method in gas machine by adding electromagnetic valve on each cylinder intake manifold to realize multi-point injection or direct injection (GDI). Although the scheme can effectively control the mass and the timing of the gas into the cylinders, it effectively reduces the exhaust temperature and coefficient of abandoned, but the multi-point injection scheme is gas mixed with air in the cylinder head inlet, still did not realize the true sense of mixed inside, there is still a safe hidden trouble such as engine tempering; And direct injection (GDI) scheme for gas pressurization, two kinds of schemes is seriously influenced by the service life of the solenoid valve, and usually in coke oven gas containing tar, dust, such as magazines, electromagnetic valve plug failure in the morning, continuous and stable operation of the engine, so the scheme is not suitable for the use of the present domestic demand.Aiming at the problem , Zibo zichai new energy Co. Ltd. research applied to coke oven gas, to achieve safe and efficient and comprehensive utilization of coke oven gas. This paper will focus on the development plan, key technology, performance test and engineering application of the coke oven gas generator set.
