    摘要：某汽车在行驶过程中出现水温过高的问题，有些情况甚至出现水温接近红线并报警，为了解决该问题，利用模拟仿真技术对该车型冷却系统进行研究分析，确认故障原因并验证优化方案效果，最后通过试验验证优化效果。

    Abstract： In the process of running, the cooling system temperature of the vehicle is very high, and water temperature even close to the red line in some cases. In order to solve this problem , the cooling system analysis is carried on to confirm the reason of high temperature, and the design is verified based on cooling system test.
