	摘要:本文针对某170型船用发动机活塞试验后出现外圆接触位置、接触形状不合理,火力岸积炭磨损以及第二环卡滞的情况,应用PISDYN活塞组件动力学分析软件进行仿真分析对比优化,得出该活塞最佳型面结构,最终解决了试验问题;并获得了型线结构对该类型活塞与缸套接触、及其对活塞二阶运动的影响规律,为活塞外圆型面设计提供理论和工程依据。

	Abstract: In response to the problems that happened after  the  170 marine engine was tested including unreasonable contact shape and surface occurring in the outer surface of pistons  and carbon deposits and wear in the flame zone as well as the secondary ring sticking piston, the paper  used PISDYN software to  do  simulation analysis and  comparison  and  optimization,  obtaining the best profile of the piston,  solving the problems  from tests  and exploring the rule  how the  piston profile effects the contact between the pistons and cylinder liners and secondary piston motion  and  also providing theoretical and engineering evidences for designing of the outer profile of pistons .
