摘要:近年来,随着燃气发电市场规模的逐步扩大,电站设计及施工量上升,但是一直存在电站设计及建设标准化程度不高、电站基建及设备现场安装工程量大、电站建设物料及人工成本较高、电站建设周期较长等问题,严重影响了燃气发电机组产品的市场开拓。本论文提出一种将各电站建设单元设计为标准化模块的静音型电站的快速组合建站设计方案,对各电站构成单元及机组总体布置方案、电站的拼装组合方案进行分析,同时介绍电站通风、降噪方案,并通过计算对上述方案进行校验。

Abstract: In recent years, the market of gas power generation is become blooming, therefore, businesses including power plant design and construction sharply rises. But some existing problems greatly affect the market development of gas generator sets. The design and construction of power plants is less based on a standardized way. Lots of engineering activities have to be done due to the infrastructure of power plants and the installation of equipments, causing high costs on materials and labors and long construction time. This paper proposes a solution for quick construction of combined and acoustic power plants which are designed into standardized modules, and does analysis on the general arrangement and the assembly of units in the power plant, and discusses the air ventilation and noise reduction of power plants. The above solutions have been verified by calculation.
