摘要:本文针对某发动机漏气量超标的情况,借助Excite软件对活塞环组件进行动力学分析,通过建立分析模型、确定边界条件、对比分析不同设计等,确定了最终优化方案,降低了漏气量,达到了优化目的,并通过发动机试验验证了分析结果的准确性,得出相应结论。

Abstract: For this problem that the blow-by of a engine exceeds the standard requirement, this paper gives dynamitic analysis to the piston ring assembly, basing on Excite software through Modeling and reasonable boundary conditions and comparative analysis. An optimized plan is made to reduce blow-by. Engine experiments have improved that the analysis results are correct.
