摘要:为满足国际海事组织提出的船舶能效指标,降低船舶CO2的排放。本论文通过船舶CO2循环碱液吸收方法,分别研究了CO2通气率、碱溶液高度、反应器直径等对CO2吸收率的影响,研究了碱液对CO2的吸收机理,并对试验过程中产生的现象进行了分析。通过本次试验,证明循环碱液吸收船舶CO2在实际应用中是可行的。

Abstract: In order to meet the requirements of CO2 emission issued by regulations of the international Maritime Organization. This paper mainly studied the circulation absorption system for CO2 treatment. The effects of CO2 ventilation rate, the reactor diameter and the height of alkali solution on CO2 absorption rate were analyzed and the mechanism of alkali absorbing CO2 and the phenomenon occurred during the experiments were also researched. The experiments proved that the circulating absorption system was feasible in practical applications.Key words:Lye; CO2; Ship Exhaust Gas; Circulation
