摘要:冷却系统是发动机的重要组成部分,对发动机的动力性、经济性和可靠性有很大影响,其中水泵是冷却系统的重要组成部分。本文以170柴油机为例,针对水泵现有问题进行分析和总结。利用相似理论,对水泵重新进行校核设计。此理论对柴油机水泵的快速设计有重要意义。

Abstract:The cooling system is one of the most important portion in a diesel engine, influencing the power performance,economy and reliability of a engine. The water pump is the core of the cooling system. This paper takes the 170 diesel engine for example to analyze and summary the problems that exist in the working process of the water pump. This paper uses the similarity theory to redesign the water pump. The similarity theory has important effects on the design of the water pump, which is valuable to do a fast design.
