摘要:轴瓦EHD计算是分析发动机轴瓦液力润滑的重要工具,可以仿真计算油膜压力、油膜厚度、摩擦损失等多项结果,本文总结出五项影响轴瓦EHD计算结果主要因素,包括:单元类型element type、Number of Grid Points(HD Mesh size)、轴瓦轴向层数、轴瓦周向点数、轴向层间距等分与否,将其进行分类确定五种对比方案,分析每种参数对EHD结果的影响程度,并给出日后计算的参考设置。

Abstract: The bearing EHD calculation is an important tool to analysis hydrodynamic lubrication of a bearing. It can be used to simulate and calculate the oil film thickness, the oil film pressure and the friction loss power of engine, etc. This paper summarizes the five main factors influencing the bearing EHD results, including element type, Number of Grid Points (HD Mesh size), layers in the axis direction of bearing, points in the circumferential direction of bearing and equal distance between layers in the axial direction of bearing or not. Through classification, five comparation plans are given, analyzing the influence of each parameter about the EHD results and giving advices to calculate conrod bearing EHD in the future.
