摘要:本文以32.5%的尿素水溶液作为还原剂,对SCR系统进行实验研究。使用YC4F115-40共轨柴油机,搭建了SCR台架测试系统,并且进行了试验分析和数据标定。在发动机台架上以2100r/min转速下的不同扭矩点进行NOx转换效率实验,并运用通用CFD软件FIRE数值解析了不同还原剂当量比下的NOx还原过程。台架试验和数值模拟结果表明,不同扭矩工况下NOx转换率都得到较理想的结果,尤其是稳定状态时可高达90%,并且控制n(NH3)/n(NO)比值在1.2时计算结果最好。

Abstract: In this paper, the concentration of 32.5% urea aqueous solution is used as a reducing agent on the SCR system for experimental research. The SCR bench testing system is set on the YC4F115-40 common rail diesel engine. The test data analysis and calibration is carried on the engine test bench. We have chosen different torque points at 2100 r/min speed for NOx conversion efficiency experiments, and used the general CFD software FIRE for numerical analysis of the NOx reduction process under different proportion of reductant equivalent. The bench test and numerical simulation results show that NOx conversion experimental results are ideal under different torque condition, especially at steady state. It can be as high as 90% when the ratio of n(NH3)/n(NO)is controlled around 1.2. The simulation result is ideal.
