摘要:针对国内活塞铸造自动化水平低、工人劳动强度大、废品率高、能源浪费大的生产模式的缺点,通过对活塞铸造工艺特点及其关键技术的研究,形成了一种新型的汽车发动机活塞铸造自动化生产模式,并以此为技术平台,研制了一条汽车发动机活塞铸造自动化成套装备(以后简称活塞铸造自动化装备),基本实现了装备的“绿色”设计和活塞铸造生产效率高、成品率高、工人劳动强度小、环境污染小的绿色铸造。

Abstract: The production pattern of domestic casting is low in automatization level, high in labor intensity and scrap rate, and more in energy consumption. In order to solve these issues, a new automatic production pattern of automotive engine piston casting was formed through the research on piston casting process characteristics and its critical technology. Based on this technical platform, an automatic casting equipment line for automotive engine piston was developed (Hereafter referred to as the automatic piston casting equipment). It has basically realized green design and green casting which is high in production efficiency, low in labor intensity and scrap rate, and little in environment pollution.
