摘要:应用热力学模拟分析软件TechnoPerf以及流体力学软件CFD建立模型,在理论分析的技术支持下,通过对RK270系列大功率中速柴油机降低排放的试验研究,全面了解了柴油机降低排放的规律和方法。在试验过程中,通过对多方案的组合与分析,最终使柴油机的排放水平达到了IMO TIERⅡ的排放标准,为排放技术的应用和市场的拓展奠定了基础。

Abstract: Using thermodynamic simulation analysis software TechnoPerf and fluid dynamics CFD modelling software, with technical support from the theoretical analysis and through experimental study of emitting less on RK270, we thorough understand the rules and methods of reducing emission of this diesel engine. In the process of testing, by analysing the combination of multiple scenarios eventually makes the diesel engine's emission level reach IMO TIER II emission standard. This achievement laid the groundwork for emission technology application, and market expansion.
