摘要：针对在极地气候对吊管机用柴油机进气道采用加热辅助冷起动技术，即采用压缩天然气（CNG）加热器燃烧加热空气，利用颗粒式热容器，实现对空滤器过来的冷空气加热的目的。加热后的空气通过进气歧管，进入气缸，实现整个进气管路的加热，使得柴油机起动时进入气缸的空气平均温度达到0℃以上，从而确保柴油机在-45℃条件下顺利起动。

Abstract：In polar climate on diesel engine inlet of the sideboom by auxiliary heating cold start technology, which uses the compressed natural gas (CNG) heater combustion heating air, using particle type thermal container, realize the empty filter air heating purpose. Heated air through the intake manifold and into the cylinder, realize the whole admission line heating, make into the cylinder average air temperature is above 0 ℃, to ensure that the diesel engine under the condition of - 45 ℃ start smoothly.
