摘要:本文通过分析研究GCr1 5钢高应力件由于其组织、应力和杂质的不均匀而在酸性、碱性及某些催化剂的作用下产生腐蚀电化学作用 ,直至产生氢脆及应力腐蚀断裂的原因和机理 ,提出了防止GCr1 5钢在高应力状态下的氢脆及应力腐蚀断裂的 7项工艺措施。

Abstract: This paper analyzed and studied
the cause and mechanism of hydrogen brittleness and stress corrosion cracking
of high stress part of GCr15 steel, and the corrosion electrochemistry action
caused by the asymmetry of structure and stress and impurity under the
condition of acidity and alkalescence and katalyst. In order to prevent from
the hydrogen brittleness and stress corrosion cracking of high stress part of GCr15
steel, 7 technology measures were taken.
