摘要：胜利油田胜利动力机械有限公司生产的燃气发电机组 ,采用了电子控制与显示系统。在现场的生产环境中 ,存在多种电磁干扰 ,这些干扰对发电机组的信号采集和传送产生了一定的影响。由于发电机组采用了接地、屏蔽等技术 ,极大的减少了出现故障的机会。但是由于干扰存在的客观性 ,并且有些干扰只有在某一个特定的条件下才明显的表现出来 ,所以这些干扰引起的故障很容易使维护人员作出错误的判断。引起这些信号干扰的因素有很多 ,本文主要通过在现场使用过程中出现的问题 ,说明在机组的安装与使用过程中 ,应当注意解决的问题

Abstract: Gas generator set manufactured by
Power Machinery Co.,Ltd. is equipped with EC & Display System. Many kinds
of magnetic interference on site shall have great influence on the collecting
signals from generator set and transferring signals. Because the generator set
is grounded and shielded, the generator is protected in good condition. In
fact, there is interference and it shows very strong in some situations. The
signal interference may make the operator do a wrong judgment and make mistakes
during maintenance. The paper explains what should be handled while installing
and operation of generator set.
