摘要:目前,螺纹联接不同预紧力控制方法的工艺参数多是用经验公式、选择经验数据计算得到,使得预紧力离散度较大。本文在误差分析的基础上,提出用工艺试验数理统计方法确定工艺参数,消除了目前控制方法中的一些误差,提高了预紧力精度,进而可扩大预紧力提高的空间,提高在交变载荷下工作的螺栓的疲劳强度,改善防松能力,提高工作能力。在新设计螺纹联接时,可使螺栓材料得到充分利用,为机械小型化、轻型化提供条件。

Abstract: Nowadays,to acquire control
method of the technological parameter for the different pretightening force of
the screw threaded connection,we often use experience formulae or by
calculating what the experience data we chosen.But using this method causes too
high discrete scale of the pretightening force.To solve the problem,based on
error analyses,we ensure the technological parameter by using math-physics
statistic method of the technological examination.This way can avoid some
errors,increase the precision of pretightening force,enlarge pretightening
force space,improve the fatigue strength during the bolt works at the different
working load and then improve its anti-loosing capacity and working capacity.We
can save the bolt raw material by using this new screw threaded connection
method and as well as provide a good condition for future equipment
miniaturization and light-duty.
